ZTE Zmax Pro Screen Calibration

I can't tap on any keys on the whole bottom row of my keyboard. I thought it was just my keyboard but it's not, I can't tap on anything where the row sits when the keyboard is open; in all apps and even on the home screen.

Is there a way I can recalibrate my phone screen, or do you know what the problem is?

Welcome to Android Central! There's generally no screen calibration for capacitative touchscreens -- that was more for old resistive screens. It's more likely that the digitizer is faulty. Does the same thing happen with the lower row of the keyboard if you're in landscape orientation? If you use a screen touch app like Touch Screen Test, does it show that part of the screen as nonresponsive?

It does the same thing, it just doesn't change orientation. And also yes, the test does show it as unresponsive.

That suggests the problem is a hardware problem with the digitizer itself. Do you have a screen protector on? If so, take it off. If you don't, then bring the phone to a repair shop.
