Zte zmax pro

I heard about this insane deal of zte zmax pro with decent specs at just 99$ from metropcs. I want this phone too but I am from India. Is this phone unlocked??? Will zte launch this phone in India also after some time??

All usa carriers with the exception of Verizon sim lock the 4GLTE phones. This includes metropcs.

The phone can be unlocked once you meet the requirements set forth by metropcs

If you are unable to do so then wait for it to come out and people will probably sell it unlocked, but most likely at a premium.

I haven't heard of anyone else getting this phone except for MetroPCS.
