Youtube stopped working after the update and overall my phone feels slower. Even had it lock up a couple times. That has never happened before

Funniest? Seriously, some things that Sprint Care posts are ridiculous. But some of the subscribers are just as bad. People demanding dumb stuff

The YouTube app started working again today but my phone is still being buggy. My wallpaper keeps getting replaced with my voicemail screen......weird
Still waiting too, but I'm going to need to wipe to see if it fixes my call volume issues. People can't hear me when I call unless I hit speakerphone on and off.

My finance says the same thing sometimes. Drives me crazy. But she hates that I got the phone, so I don't know if she's saying it because she can't hear me or is it just Sprint hatred. I'll try that trick next time it happens and see if that helps.

I can hear people on calls, they just can't hear me unless I press the speakerphone button on and off. Could be software. LG told me to call back for troubleshooting. And when I did the troubleshooting was to see if my volume was on!

OK, this just started happening to me too. Haven't upgraded to zvd yet. Bugs the crap out of me.
Do you by chance have Google Now's "OK Google" from any screen enabled? I have a feeling that might be the problem - that it is capturing the microphone rather than allowing it to go to the phone app. That could explain why switching to speaker phone and back works for us too.

Yes, I do have that on, but I just turned it off. I think we got an update to Google Search this week, that might be the issue. I'll play around with it and see.

Yeah the strange thing for me is that it's completely inconsistent. Happens maybe 2 out of 10 calls. Turned mine off too, we'll see.
