I have ZVH baseband right now, and I was wondering. If I flash a zvj rom, would I be able to update to zvj using wifi after I flash it?

No, it simply doesn't work that way. ZVJ roms don't seem to play nice on zvh baseband. If you want to try a ZVJ rom, you have to follow sfhubs automated tool thread in the stickies. You have to start from where you are, rooted on a previous baseband.
