how to install device drivers(android 1.0)

here's a quick how to with the drivers for the galaxy nexus. i see alot of threads on how the drivers are hard or won't install.

here's how i do it.

click start, then right click on computer, go to properties. device manager should be on the left. find the Android 1.0 with a yellow !

click update driver software

then browse my computer

then " let me pick from device list", scroll down to samsung phone

update driver with samsung phone

click yes to update

then it should look like this

and when u go back into device manager, like this

now fastboot should work. to check, go into dos (sdk) and type fastboot devices. it should pop up with your device now
