HELP I'm stuck in recovery mode

Well, this is a new one on me, I decided to flash a new rom after updating the ROM Manager app.

I went into recovery, wiped data, format system, then flashed ROM(JB 3.6) and Kejar's Gapps.

Then when I reboot it seemed as if all was ok, then it goes right back into recovery. I've tried pulling the battery, restoring a back-up, it just hangs on the Google screen for ever.

How do I get out of recovery mode?

Battery pull, go back in, do a FULL WIPE, try reflashing the last stable rom you used.

Well that's were I was an idiot. I already had removed the previous rom.

I think I may have a corrupted download.

*Edit*
On the 4th try in booted up, very strange, the only thing I flashed was the ROM itself, no Gapps. I believe that was my issue.
