Does anyone here have expedience with this app? Specifically I'm wondering if it's using a lot of battery power and data running in the background? Thanks!

Yep it's using too much battery power. I can't figure out how to turn it off! Help!

I use the "stock or free" version that is pre-installed. Not a battery or data hog at all. But as I said, I use the stock free version. Maybe someone who has upgraded can chime in.

Yes I'm also using the stock (free) version... but my battery does seem to be affected. Although I did call Verizon this morning to ask about my note 3 not charging to 100% overnight. They're sending me a new battery. I wonder if this is just the battery? It charged all night and was at 99% when I turned it on this morning. After 1 minute it went to 98 without me using it. Very odd.

You can turn it off by going to Application Manager, then swipe over to All, then cursor down and select Verizon Support and Selection, then tap Turn Off. I was using CM Security on my Razr Maxx and first thing I put back on the Note 3. Free, and very lite on battery/recourses. Most of time it doesn't even show up on either.

If you ever find you need it, you can always turn it back on.

I had upgraded the Stock version, but I found it drug down my phone's performance. I didn't notice any battery drain, but the drag on different things were maddening.; I uninstalled it and it reverted back to the basic version preinstalled and everything is fine.
