reset do to too many wrong unlock pin attempts, which reset my phone. now during setup wizard it is looping back to the beginning.
Since your phone was rooted, a factory reset doesn't always work. You are going to have to flash it from a stock firmware download.
All the firmware is on sammobile.com,you have to be a member to download but membership is free. You will also need Odin for your PC and a link for that and instructions are also on sammobile.
Your other option is to completely power off the phone. Remove then replace the battery then start the phone in recovery mode (vol UP, home and then power key all held down until the phone starts. Once in recovery, select the full factory reset option.
That may not work.
