I recently woke up to find my S4s screen being completely unresponsive and bugging out. After doing some research I did a factory reset and everything seemed to work fine again. The problem is I noticed I was unable to pull down my notification bar. When I rotate the screen I am able to use the notification bar and I don't really know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
