Just got the update this morning. All went well. No issues so far, but I've only had it for about 45 minutes. No freezes and no reboots so far. I'm going on a 2 hour drive using navigation. So we'll see how she holds up.

So far so good. Also noticed the camera updated when i opened it. Had it on navigation for almost 5 hours today. The battery life seems to be better.

Am seeing some of this here. Also seeing some calls just go to dead air....rings/connects to the other party, but no one can hear eachother. Restarting phone clears but seems to happen again after connecting and dis-connecting to Bluetooth.

I too am getting the random freezing up when unlocking. Phone will allow you to swipe to unlock but then will not respond when tapping an icon such as messages. You either have to re-lock and unlock or hold the home button and close all running apps. Happens almost every time I unlock. Tried everything short of a wipe.

I"m guessing this update will plug the hole that allowed towelroot to work. But the popup just keeps nagging me! I have no intent of breaking root access.

Anyone here still with unlimited data and using FoxFi able to confirm if this latest update breaks it or not?

Really don't want to take the chance with updating w/o being sure as I use that fairly regularly at our hunting camp on the weekends - but the constant software update nag screen is getting old very quickly as well. :)

Thanks!

This update has caused brutal battery life issues for me. ~30% "Android OS" and ~15% "Android System" per the Battery menu.

Anyone else?

I updated my Galaxy S4 Monday morning and I'm having the same problems as others. My phone keep restarting by itself too often! It freezes sometimes. Plus it wont let me use towelroot to root my phone anymore. Rooting is not a major concern, but this constant restarting is irritating! Can I get some HELP PLEASE or point me in the right direction.
