How can I set up adb to root my ZV9 OV?
Edit ok I got adb working but hpw do I install the usb drivers?

Ok I got everything to work but I don't know how to get adb to recognize my device.
When I put:
adb devices
It says:
list of devices
And it has nothing after that

You don't need SDK to us ADB also, but, did you drop the 3 files into the /Windows directory?

That works too.

If you type in ADB and get a bunch of text popups, its successfully installed.


Need ADB driver from that link I posted as well.

ok adb is not reconizing my device :confused:

If you are running Windows 7, try this:

Go into Device Manager with your phone plugged in.
Look through all of the sections and find devices with a yellow exclamation point attached to them.

When using Win 7, I had to go through and manually install all of the drivers. Just double click on each one, and point it to the folder with the LG drivers, which should be Program Files\LG United\etc...

ok i dont see my device there....... but my phone detects it on a usb
edit: ok i did but it wont install

Keep trying it'll work sometime I install every single driver and it worked. But, after that just look up how to use adb its pretty simple
