Phone bricked, can't adb, please help

phones boots to recovery i get the little android and
Reboot system now
usb-ms toggle
back up/restore
Flash Zipe from sd card
Mounts
other
Power off after i installed image and restored the file that was posted on this thread originally i did not power it off and i down loaded the sdk as well and i get an sdk manager screen when i open it aswell
as for the platform tools file thats also there

more than likely im doin something wrong so this is what i am typing

cd C:\Users\User Name\Desktop\android-sdk_r10-windows and i get that far.....

mine says:

(android-sdk_r10-windows)is that what the folder is named?

i tried that i just did it again like you instrusted but nothing it says it is not recognized as internal or external command

I'm having a similar issue, but i'm stuck in stock recovery and I don't know how to get any rom, even stock installed back on.
