Clone Phone 4.1

Well new to this Android world and have this problem. The phone is stuck on the Factory or Recovery mode" Can get into the recovery part but shows "No files found". So wondering if anyone knows where to find the firmware and how to re-install to get this phone back up and running. Is a great phone and guessing it is a clone Note 2 type of phone. Thanking everyone in advance if they can help me bring this back to life..
