What will happen when I do factory reset? (hard reset)

Hi all. I need to know what exactly will happen if I do hard reset (factory data reset)
i have HTC desire vc, stock ROM, rooted.
i did freeze and uninstall some pre-installed app using titanium.

If I do factory data reset, will the phone be unrooted and all apps from before be available again? Like brand new OS?

Just backup what you have first and it should restore it back if im not mistaken.

superuser apps are installed to the system partition - so you will not loose the superuser app. If you removed stock apps which you could only uninstall with titanium backup then performing a factory reset won't bring them back - you would have to reflash your firmware

You will not loose root if you factory reset, nor will you loose any of the system level Apps that came pre-installed with the ROM. As suggested above, perform a backup in recovery just in case you have problems and want to restore a good working ROM in the future.
