icraig netbook with OS google android 4.1

i bought this netbook and chared it like directions say but when i up all i can see is the JELLY BEANS. not start up menu or anything. please help an old lady out! thanks:'(

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, those supercheap Android devices can be really unreliable. Press and hold the power button until the device powers off, then try turning it back on again.
