I just got the Moto G 2014. I reset the phone with my primary email ID which I was using on Moto E. While I like the fact that a phone reset automatically restores all contacts with photos with pictures and other settings. I would like to have or know the option to reset in such a way that only contacts are restored nothing else. Is there a way to do that in Lollypop? I was able to do that in my old Moto E on kit kat. To be specific I could reset E with only contacts. Rest all softwares like whatsapp here maps viber etc were not installed after the reset.
BTW GPS navigation is better on E with kitkat as compared to G on lollypop. I guess lollypop needs updates as of now. “Waiting for GPS” message took so long that I might use the E for navigation as of now.
I know I am talking about two things in the same thread but I just typed what I could think of.
