Android HTMLViewer Not Word Wrapping Correctly

I just upgraded my phone from Samsung Galaxy Avant with Kitkat to ASUS ZenFone 2 Lollipop. I use the Android HTMLViewer to view html files that I have stored on the phone. These files only consist of formatted text. On the Avant HTMLViewer properly word wraps the text, but on the ZenFone it doesn't. I don't know if this is a phone issue or an OS issue.

Does anyone how I can fix this issue on my new phone?
