***sorry for my bad english***
I have a Samsung Galaxy A5 which used to run on KitKat. I recently upgraded to Lollipop and...

1) I had a transparent status bar (home screen and lock screen) when I was running on KitKat but when I upgraded to Lollipop it became white... it reminds me of the Jellybean status bar (the black one). It's so ugly I'm freaking out!!! I want my transparent status bar back

2) I thought the app folder's supposed to be white in Lollipop? How come mine is still blue (KitKat)?

3) My battery drains way too fast! My phone used to last all day in one single charge but after Lollipop upgrade it only lasts for about 8or9 hours :'(

and yes I'm pretty sure I'm already running on Lollipop... my phone says so

Hi welcome to Android Central!

Maybe try another launcher an see if that fixes your status bar. I use nova launcher and that works great for me, just as you described.

Give it a couple of days on teh battery and hopefully it settles down. Make sure everything is up to date on your apps too.
