HELP! My brother set my phone apps TO A-Z, is there a way to change it?

Yes it was me who did that before but i would like to know other solutions as i didn't understand

So what happened is:

My brother was playing subway surfers on my S6 Edge, after when I asked for my phone back, I never expected him to have set my apps from A-Z now its impossible for me to use my phone as I am not used to using alphabetical order, Any help is needed ASAP

I would not reset my phone for this
