Microsoft Activesync will not sync automatically since update.

Hi. I have an unlocked galaxy s6 using EE in the uk. Recently the software updated to version 6.0.1.
Since then my emails will not sync automatically, I have to close down the email and open it again for it to refresh, before when someone sent me an email I just got it.
In the email settings I have sync automatically activated.

Any help appreciated.
