move app to internal sd...

So, after a year of installing all kind of crap on my captivate, i ran out of room.

Have app 2 sd pro installed, but no external sd card. The captivate comes with a generously large internal sd.

Is it possible to move apps there or is an external sd required ?

There are only two locations to store apps. Internal memory or the SD Card. If you have no SD card then your only option is internal memory. App 2 SD will not help you without an SD card.
