Speed Up the Motorola MotoSpeak App?

Because the S-Voice function on my Galaxy S4 (AT&T) seldom recognized what I was saying, I purchased a Motorola Bluetooth headset to utilize the Motorola MotoSpeak application ("Speech to Text" and "Speech to Call"). The app seems to work much better than the S-Voice feature, however, it takes forever to load up before you can actually speak into it.

Does anyone know of a way to speed up the response time?
