I recently rooted my android 4.4.2 but now getting errors

I recently rooted my android 4.4.2, I didn't touch any system apps but installed google now launcher in system\priv-app folder; I don't know what went wrong now I am getting this message again and again unfortunately google search has stopped. also when I connect my phone to computer, no notification is coming (earlier it was showing USB connected) and when I turn usb debugging mode ON or OFF then it detects that the USB is connected and message shows up that the USB is connected.
If by mistake i have done something wrong with system apps, how can I replace those old original apps? and if so, can I get list of those system apps.
