Why does Snapchat stop when I try to log in?

Snapchat stops when I try to log in

I have a brand new samsung galaxy s5. Every time I try to log in to snapchat it quits - it allowed me to create a new account but when I logged out and tried to log back in it quit. There is no error message, it just says "snapchat has stopped". I have tried restarting the handset, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the app data and cache, and still no luck! I haven't tried a factory reset yet and would like to avoid it if at all possible. Can anyone help?

If you already tried all that, it could be a bug in the app.
Send an email to the developer. I don't think you need to factory reset.

You could try uninstall/re-install
