S5 double picture for contacts

[AC Question]

I have all my contacts linked and they all have pictures, either from facebook or assigned by me. When I make a contact a "favorite" and then call them the picture is blurry with a small, 1"x1" clear picture. Both pictures are the same, one big and blurry, one small and clear

Maybe clearing the cache for the contacts? Settings>Application Manager>swipe over to all apps>scroll down to Contacts and click on it. After that click clear cache.

I am having this same issue but clearing the contacts cache did not help.
