Hi when I used to play music and lock my phone the music bar used to be there now its gone can someone please tell me how to get it back

Did you get an update? That might have broken that feature. If you would like an alternative, PowerAmp is a good player. It is a paid app, but the first week or 2 are free so you can at least test it.
