please my huawei y220 is just going crazy because the screen will be just touching it self unless I off the phone before it stops. please help me solve this problem

Welcome to Android Central, and sorry for the delay! Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the system cache partition (which won't erase any personal data). So far the only thing I could find on the web is the following YouTube video, which is in Spanish--but hopefully you can tell how they're doing it (or hopefully you speak Spanish, since that seems to be a target market for the phone). The key thing is to select Wipe Cache Partition instead of Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Then select Reboot System Now.

Try cleaning the screen, thats normally been the problem when it happened to me, its unbelievable how problematic a little moisture on the screen can be.
