I had to do a factory reset for my Samsung Galaxy S4. Problem with the screen. Anyway, I was putting everything back on the phone and removing icons I do not use. I must have accidentally removed the menu icon from the app drawer. I have tried to find it or information on how to get it back and there is nothing. Any ideas?

I don't know what you mean by menu icon, but have you looked in the widget locker?

Menu icon is the one that takes you to all apps installed. It is on the app drawer with the phone, contacts, internet, and text icons. It is not a widget it is a pre installed for a lack of a better word short cut. There is no other way to do this. Thanks for the response.

Do you mean the icon above the home screen button in this screenshot of my Nexus 5...what I would call the app tray?
