My Samsung Keyboard Has STOPPED Working!!

After the 4.3 update my keyboard has stopped working. And I had to do a HARD RESET but that did not seem to work, that only made things worse cause I can't sign up for anything or get access to my internet because I can no longer type So I can't use my phone untill I get help!! So if anyone has any suggestions I would be happy to see them.

What happens when you boot? Are there force closes? If so, open system settings > applications > keyboard and clear the cache.
