[AC Question]

Two years and so much trouble this mobile...when I receive a call the Caller can hear me clearly but i cannot hear then unless i go to speaker phone which i don't want...When I ring someone i cannot hear them without speaker phone !!!!! what is the problem please ...can you help me???

It appears your phone is broken. What you can try is a factory reset. This is a bit extreme because it will totally erase everything on your phone. There is a 50% chance that a factory reset will fix this. Do you have insurance for this phone? Are you eligible for an upgrade? You can also search for a used S3 and buy one....the S3 has been out for quite some time and you may be able to get a used one for under $200. Sorry I couldn't be more help to you.
