Come on Samsung we are not stupid, neither are we all computer boffs, we are most importantly' YOUR CUSTOMERS' so please look at the level of complaints being received regarding the automatic upgrade of phones and Tablets to android software 4.2.2 which has a major problem and develop an automatic software, firmware fix for this eliminating the need to be a software developer.
