Samsung App Store update/ WhatsApp

[AC Question]

Right, this has been an issue for over 24 hours now. I have tried to update the whatsapp messenger but everytime I receive the 'insufficient storage avaliable' crap. I have in the meantime cleared around 500mb of space and still nothing. I thought it was the play store so I go to the samsung App Store try and update it and nothing still the same. I know it isn't anything to do with the memory because I have downloaded a couple of games during this period also any help would be appreciated.

Have you done a cached data wipe, and a partition cache wipe?
