i overused my pattern attemts on my lg phone. i cant also remember my user name and password. Help

If you can't remember your alternate password I'd suggest going to a carrier store and asking if they can help you with finding another way to unlock the phone.

Try Google Account Recovery if you remember your recovery email address (the address you used to create the Google account).

On a Samsung, if you keep trying a pattern unlock, it offers you to enter a backup pin # if you made one, or a Username and password. Which is a misnomer as it just wants your full Gmail address (___@gmail.com) and account log in password. You cannot enter too many times.
If you can't find your Gmail log in, try as Rukbat suggested.
