Android ask PIN, but i don't pun any SIM card

Hello. I just updated my phone (Wiko Highway) to Android Kitkat. Followed all the instructions in the official site to do this, but after installation, when i begin configurig phone (select language) it takes te to a screen to put a PIN code. "Enter PIN - Please enter the Privacy Protection password to unlock. What this can be? Is there any default code to unlock this? Thanks

I ran into the same problem after changing sim-cards. Hard reset does not help, returning old sim back does not help. Remote android locking/erasing via google device manager does not help. I don't know what to do.
Did you solved the problem?
