LG Optimus

[AC Question]

I have an LG Optimus with Tmobile. When I push the power button, even when I don't hold it down, it goes to power options, but even when I don't push the option to shut down the phone, it begins to shut down. It gives me a message that says "to shut down, push and hold the power button." But, it doesn't shut down it just flashes the LG logo. The only way to get this to stop is by removing the back of the phone. I don't have to pull the battery out, just removing the back seems to fix the situation. So, I am not sure if it is an issue with the button or the back of the phone. Just wondering if there is any fix for this. Is it possible to just order a new back for the phone?

It sounds like a problem with the power button. If the phone is under warranty, contact LG. Otherwise, you could try bringing it to a repair shop.
