How can I upgrade my gionee p3 Android 4.2.2 to 4.4 , I have already rooted my device now please tell me how to upgrade . I have also a custom recovery of Clockworkmod CWRM . Now what to do anyone please help me..

You have to reflash the stock ROM to update (you can't update a ROM that's been rooted if the update was written properly), so you might as well just find a 4.4 ROM and flash it. (Make sure everything is backed up, because you'll end up with just the stock ROM, and make sure that particular 4.4 ROM can be rooted.)

For everyone wanting to update, you don't have to make a separate post - the answer is the same.
Gionee has to write an update and your carrier has to send it out. If either one doesn't do it (and even top of the line phones usually get only 2 updates - cheap phones usually don't get any), you can't update your phone. (Unless you learn enough computer programming to take the Android source code, figure your own ROM dump out and write your own update.)
