Google playstore is not working

hey i am really in trouble my googgl eplay store is not working when is opened it says please enter account when i enter the account the error :'(occurs and said cant establish a reliable coonection tothe server this could be a temporary problem or your android devise may not be provisioned for data sevises and then when i click on next they on wifi but with wifi i am unable to add account and i am using 3g data servise

I take it this is a new phone?

If so, then factory reset it, connect to your wi-fi network during the initial setup then add the account.

Try a factory reset as suggested above. That's should allow you to login.
