I stuck on bootloop

i off my Xperia M for some reason and when im about to open it again i stuck on Bootloop.. and it never ends it keep on loading looks like a colorful wave on screen.. What Should i Do please HELP ME.. thank you so much

Welcome to the Forums!

To fix your problem, try the simple but useful trick of removing and replacing the battery. If no go, try leaving the battery out for an hour or even overnight, before replacing.
Make sure before removing the battery, that the phone is powered off.

You could try a Hard/Factory Reset as described here, using the Button Combination option, but you will lose all your personal data that you have not backed up.
If you can get into Recovery Mode you would be able to select something other than Hard or Factory Reset, but I'm not sure that you can normally get into Recovery on the Xperia M.
