I have had this S4 for around a year and had no issue with it, until a few month ago when the battery had swollen greatluy (pushed my cover off). I contacted EE and they sent a new battery out.
Ever since then my phone has had issues.
When it is charging, it gets to 100% and it freezes. If I unplug it, it will turn off and the battery needs to be removed and put back in for it to work.
Some times it would display an orange no entry type sign with a battery graphic, then it would turn off when unplugging it.
It just done that now and it will not turn back on, when I plug it in to a charger it just turns on and off again with the grey battery splash over and over again.
I did tell EE about my issues months ago, on both occasions the best they go do was suggest I update the software, probably about as far as their expertise goes mind you.
Anyone got any ideas what I can do to get my phone functionality back? I use it to debug/develop apps and games, it is the only 1080p device I have so kind of need it working ASAP.
