How do you get the alarm on the S5 to work consistently?

If you look at the forums, there are a lot of people who the alarm does not work for at all or only works part of the time and the same thing is happening to me. Luckily I woke up one morning it happened and barely got to work in time! Please advise on how to fix this or create and update for the Samsung S5 that will fix this glitch for everyone. Its really annoying that a brand new phone does not work. I installed a third party app this morning, as some suggested doing, but some have reported that even that app stopped going off every day as well. Not impressed.

Yeah same thing here came about to switch to another iPhone... Too many issues I'm dealing with after owning the phone for like two or three months.
