How can I change all my calender events from phone to G-mail?

Had Sony Xperia from 2 years ago, now bought Samsung S5.
On the old calendar, the events were only added to the phone calendar.
Is there any way to change all events from phone to g-mail so I can sync with google?
I have appx 200 events, and it would take me a week to add all into the new phone

Welcome to Android Central! See if your Sony phone came with any computer software that allows you to export the calendar events to the computer. If so, see if you can export them into a iCal or CSV file, then go to Google Calendar on the web and import that file (find the Import Calendar option in the Other Calendars dropdown).

If you don't have that software, then go to the Calendar app of the old phone, tap menu, and see if there is an export option.

Downloaded Sony PC Companion, but the calendar is grey...

The menu on the old calendar does not contain any export option

Maybe I need to turn it in somewhere...
