Can anyone help with email problems?

Email send & receive problems

I have 2 email accounts on this tablet. I have no problem with the gmail account but my verizon account won't send or receive. Help please. This has been happening for about a week.

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure all of the server and security settings are accurate--review them in the Email app after tapping Menu, then Settings>Account Settings. Cross-check the settings with Verizon. I tried searching for IMAP settings, but all I got was POP3, which seems odd, since POP3 is fairly outdated.

Also try removing the Verizon account, then adding it back again.
