My Samsung Galaxy s3 phone won't completely turn on! it won't go past the home screen

I have have a S3 and it was fine until a few minutes ago. It suddenly turned off and I can't get it to turn on. It'll act like it is but it won't go passed the Samsung logo. It keeps continuously restarting itself. I don't know what else to do. It can't be the charger because it was fully charged. Help!

Welcome to Android Central! Possible things to try:

1. Replace the old battery with a new one.
2. Remove the SD card, in case it's corrupt.
