Why can't I open Google apps?

Can´t open google apps

I can´t open any google apps on my Samsung galaxy s3 mini.
When i ty to open any google app i.e. play, google+ or gmail they just flash for a second and the close down. It also looks like apple play is gone from the program list, but still on the screen).
Can anyone please help me with this problem?

1. install antivirus do a scan
2.go to Ure App Manager > look for apps that u dont know and remove them
3. reboot ure device
4.if all of that dosnt work try to clear History & Cache from you're device

Thanks but have actually already done all this (further use Zoner antivirus which scan all apps).
Also saw that I cant choose to add a google accout from the add account menu (only Microsoft excchange, facebook and som others)
Do you have any more suggetstions?

yeah i do restart ure device settings. i think there some setting or app that block it.

when i say rest i mean "settings reset" not factory reset
