Stock recovery lg vs450pp ROOTED- NEED EXPERT HELP 911

My lg vs450pp is rooted and I need to restore it to the factory stock system. Like wipe EVERYTHING and start brand new. I have tried EVERYTHING except the Terminal Emulator, which I have BUT using:
$su
#flash_image recovery [full path to the recovery image you want]

I need to know exactly what code to put here ^

Does this actually help?!? I'm frustrated with trying to do restore this phone but it has to be done.

*Keep in mind this phone will not connect with a computer via USB.

No. This will not help. DO NOT DO THIS!! I did this and I have no recovery. Just uninstall your su program from the root-system-app. Then just factory wipe. Press and hold the down+menu+power buttons. (If this takes you to download then remove the battery, replace and do the same except use the vol up bottom. Take your finger off the power button on first vibrate. Chose factory data reset. This should do it!
