Can I download ASUS AiCloud on my Samsung Galaxy S5?

ASUS AiCloud on Samsung Galaxy s5

Hi folks,

I installed the ASUS AiCloud app on my Galaxy s5. I had done this on my (former) Iphone 5. I was able to access and download files (audio, docs, pics and even video) from my home hard drives.

Subsequently I got the s5 and eagerly installed ASUS AiCloud so I could continue downloading files to my Galaxy. This has yet to happen whatsoever. AiCloud often crashes and Download manager in my phone craps out.

I have searched and searched for answers, even contacted the deaf ears of ASUS for help.

Does anyone have any idea of what gives?

Welcome to the forums. Perhaps it is a bug in app. Have you emailed the developer about it?

ASUS tech support is ... well, they'd close my account here and send the black helicopters to my house if I told you what I really think, but I'll never buy one of their products again. (I'd have to think really hard about taking one for free.)

Golfdriver is probably right - the Android version of their app is probably insect-infested. They'll get around to fixing it - about the time Android has been history for a few decades.
