How do I sync my S5 with my iTunes?

I tried Android File Transfer, it doesn't work. It once did, but it doesn't work anymore. Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still not working.

I tried Double Twist, it looked very nice. BUT the problem is that my phone has to show up on my computer as connected. It's not doing that. It's plugged in, set to MTP on the phone. An still nothing.

I'm on a Macbook Pro.

Please help.
