Why is my Android Web Chrome Client's on Create Window method not called a second time?

Android WebChromeClient's onCreateWindow method is not called second time

Android WebChromeClient's onCreateWindow method is called properly when it is called for the first time. However, when the same window is open, if we try to press the link, it never call onCreateWindow().
