Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S3 Touch work since I replaced the screen?

my samsung galaxy s3 touch won't work since i replaced the screen

After replacing the screen on the Samsung galaxy 3 the touch everything works fine when you turn it on but after about a minute or less the touch function stops any ideas

Either a bad screen, you did something wrong or you damaged something. Virtually anything from the screen being bad when you got it to the motherboard could be the problem. There's no way to tell from here. If you can't take the phone apart and troubleshoot it yourself, you'll have to find a shop willing to work on a phone you worked on. (Most won't, because by the time they've checked out the whole phone to catch every problem you may have caused, the bill will be larger than you're willing to pay, and they're stuck with a non-working phone and hours of unpaid labor.)

did you use Loca?
If you didn't static electricity can stop the touch function.
