lollipop 5.0 not available

I had a nexus 5 that was updated with 5.0 about a month ago. I damaged my phone and got it replaced with another nexus 5, received today. However, it says my system is up to date, even though it's only version 4.4.4. How can I get 5.0 again OTA?

Welcome to Android Central! I wonder if it might be shelved in favor of 5.0.1, whenever that starts rolling out for the Nexus 5.
